- MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL!
- Sports physicals MUST be dated after April 15 of the current year, and MUST be completed prior to August 10th (the first day of practice!)
- Physicals can be done at your family doctors office, or by contacting the Student Health Center at Springfield Middle School or Central High School
- Springfield Middle School Health Center: 269-441-1295- $5 or they will bill insurance
- Battle Creek Central High School Health Center 269-213-3544- $5 or they will bill insurance
- FREE PHYSICALS July 29th at the BCC Back to School carnival
- Sometimes physicals can also be done at Urgent Care clinics, but can be more expensive

- You will be asked to create an account, and you MUST have your child's SCHOOL email address to complete. YOU MUST BE A REGISTERED STUDENT AT BCC BEFORE COMPLETION!
- ALL PLAYERS MUST PAY $35 FOR INSURANCE!
- This is a high school requirement for participation, and is over and above whatever health insurance you might have. It is a supplemental policy that will work with your current health insurance to make sure all bills are paid if your player is injured.
- $35 must be paid to either the coach or the athletic office (OR can be paid online through Final Forms) BEFORE your student can compete in any games!
